With TECARTUS, most people had their tumors get smaller or had signs of cancer disappear at about 1 year. This does not always mean the cancer has been cured

Proven results in clinical trials

  • TECARTUS was studied in people with mantle cell lymphoma whose prior treatment either didn’t work or had stopped working. In the clinical trial, 60 people were studied for their response to treatment, and 87% responded to treatment after being followed for ~12.3 months
87% of people treated with TECARTUS™ had a meaningful response (objective response). 62% of people achieved complete remission. 25% of people achieved partial remission. 87% of people treated with TECARTUS™ had a meaningful response (objective response). 62% of people achieved complete remission. 25% of people achieved partial remission.

TECARTUS worked quickly

Of the people who responded, more than half responded in 1 month (range of time it took for patients to respond: 0.8 months to 3.1 months). Patients were followed for approximately a year after receiving TECARTUS to gather these results.

Complete remission: The disappearance of all signs of cancer in response to treatment. This does not always mean the cancer has been cured.

Partial remission: A decrease in the size of a tumor, or in the extent of cancer in the body, in response to treatment.

Objective response: Indicates that a patient's cancer is responding to treatment based on the tumors shrinking.
